to eat
Sabzi is centred around a simple concept; a small menu of delicious, creative dishes that are different every day, all available to takeaway, all delicious enjoyed together or alone, and all championing humble, sustainable ingredients. The food takes its inspiration from the cuisine of Kate’s childhood; Iranian and Middle Eastern cooking is the heart of the business, and it is a source of great pride to Sabzi’s team that all dishes are prepared on site, to Sabzi’s own recipes. Sabzi’s Persian Love Cake is one of Kate’s original recipes, created for her supper clubs, and is a highlight on Sabzi’s menu of entirely homemade cakes.

to drink
Sabzi’s drinks menu is deliberately small. Our coffee comes from Rising Ground in Wadebridge, and we are proud to serve exceptional coffee from an expert, independent local brand. Sabzi’s milk is from Trink; an organically run, local dairy farm and dairy that offers its herd a truly free range life; grazing outside for 270 days a year, and only milking once a day makes for the best milk the team has ever tasted. Seasonal juice focussed on showcasing British ingredients is pressed to order for our customers, and the rest of our menu is carefully curated to showcase brands and products we feel are at the top of their game.
